CASE STUDY - PUNCHESTOWN RACECOURSE

Punchestown Racecourse is regarded as the 'Home' of Irish national hunt horseracing, attracting over 200,000 visitors per annum including the prestigious five-day Festival each spring.
As of 2014, as part of efforts to modernise its offering to its customers, Punchestown sought a new flexible ticketing system capable of fulfilling a range of demands including a solution that could enable digital sales, increase ticket sales from mobile, eliminate fraud and facilitate quick access for large attendances at multiple locations around the racetrack.
Future Ticketing provided a customised and branded solution for Punchestown that enabled digital ticket purchase in four easy steps, facilitated flexible ticketing for multi-day festivals and provided seamless management access control at a speed of up to 60 entries per second.
In addition, management had full control to change products and events instantly, monitor sales and access control in real time. Importantly, Future Ticketing enables data capture for analytics and because Punchestown has a propriertary right to the data it is now able to build a database suitable for analytics and to develop a branded relationship with its customers via ticketing.

CASE STUDY - BOOK OF KELLS

The Book of Kells & Old Library Exhibition in Trinity College, Dublin is one of Ireland's foremost and must-see visitor attractions. In 2017, it attracted 900,000 visitors to see the unique 9th century and richly decorated copy of the four Gospels of the life of Jesus Christ.
In seeking to maximise capacity and attendance, Trinity sought a modern digital ticketing system capable of accommodating the large number of visitors from around the world who wished to visit the Book of Kells as part of a short vacation in Dublin.
Future Ticketing provided a solution that allowed customers to book fast-track tickets for individual timeslots every 30 minutes. The easy to use and intuitive user interface solution developed is also consistent with the Trinity College brand, while valuable data is collected from around the globe.
Since the introduction of the Future Ticketing platform, there has been a 700% increase in online fast-track bookings and a new global database, with purchasers from 113 countries, is facilitated.

Following on from the success of the Trinity College case study, Future Ticketing has become the digital solution for major visitor attractions across Ireland. CASE STUDY - WILD AIR RUN

The Wild Air Run was launched in July 2016, featuring a dynamic fun run over 5K and 10 unique inflatable obstacles including Europe's largest inflatable slide. Since then, Wild Air Run has held 28 events across TEN venues and attracted almost 50,000 participants.
The biggest challenge posed was to manage ticket sales and capacities across multiple dates and venues with waves of participants in 20 minute time slots and multiple ticket categories.
Future Ticketing's flexible platform uses a 24x7 dashboard with real-time reporting and the flexibility for multiple ticket options. In addition, customers were able to view availability and book slots that suited them, helping to drive additional sales while also enhancing the customer experience.

CASE STUDY - TULLAMORE SHOW

The Tullamore Show and AIB National Livestock Championships is is one of Ireland's largest agricultural shows, attracting an attendance of over 60,000 annually.
In considering a new ticketing solution, the show's event committee had a range of concerns it wished to address including the hosting of large volumes of cash on-site, long queues of customers waiting to purchase tickets and gain access, and how best to insulate the show from the economic impact of bad weather.
The biggest challenge was to scan tickets in real time across nine entrances on a remote 250 acre site without internet infrastructure. Future Ticketing plugged into the existing show website www.tullamoreshow.com and provided an easy to use customer ticketing experience in four simple steps.
On the day of the event, customers gain access with a printed eTicket or via a digital ticket on their smart phones. Tickets are scanned live via a mobile app and laser scanners which can also be run off 3G mobile phone networks in areas of poor internet access. Following the introduction of Future Ticketing, pre-event sales grew exponentially while the amount of cash held on-site on show days declined correspondingly.

Cage Warriors Fighting Championship is Europe's leading MMA mixed martial arts promotion based in London, UK. A proving ground for the sports rising stars, many of the biggest names in MMA including 'The Notorious' Conor McGregor have made their way under the CWFC banner.
Cage Warriors was relaunched in April 2016 and began it full rollout in the UK and Europe in 2017.
As part of efforts to grow the sport, Cage Warriors sought a digital ticketing platform capable of providing the flexibility to operate compatibly with multiple venues. In addition, it wanted a branded experience and data and analytics gathering capability in order to develop long-term relationships with loyal customers.

CASE STUDY - SHAMROCK ROVERS

Shamrock Rovers is the most successful soccer club in the Republic of Ireland. The club has won the League of Ireland a record 17 times and the FAI Cup 24 times. A record 62 of the club's players have been capped at senior international level for Ireland.
For the 2016-2017 season, Shamrock Rovers sought a new flexible ticketing system capable of fulfilling a range of demands including a solution that could improve fan experience, enable live mobile sales, manage membership, increase digital sales, eliminate fraud and facilitate quick access for large attendances at multiple turnstiles around Tallaght Stadium.

The National Aquatic Centre, is one of the most innovative water parks in Europe, attracting 1.2 million visitors per annum, and with a host of exciting features ensures that there is lots of family fun and thrills for everyone. The National Aquatic Centre also hosts many national and international sporting events including recently the hugely successful World Para Swimming Allianz European Championships.

The story of Connacht Rugby is one that dates back to 1885 when six small fledgling clubs met to form the Connacht Branch of the IRFU and with it the Connacht Senior Provincial Team. Their ambition was to grow the game of Rugby in Connacht and to provide a platform for our best talent to shine at provincial and ultimately international level. Since then little has changed in terms of the aim of everyone involved in rugby in Connacht, only the rugby landscape itself has changed.
Connacht Rugby is an organisation with a clear purpose to inspire our community through rugby success.
