CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER 

Based in the UK. 

This role works with clients in managing the implementation of our system to football, rugby and other sports clubs, music, leisure and culture venues. You will:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and current clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Lead the activation of their service with new clients.
  • Understand the evolving needs of your clients and work with them to develop plans to meet these needs.
  • Manage and assist with the in-house online Client Support Function.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to grow their revenue and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage onsite or online training sessions.
  • Support marketing activities by attending events and shows.
  • Support the UK Country Manager on day to day tasks as required.

The Ideal candidate will be an ambitious, bright, motivated self-starter who can create an excellent customer experience,  explore new revenue opportunities, deliver results and solve problems for our clients.

While some relationship management experience is desirable, a hunger and ability to learn is more important.

  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of a client organisation.
  • Knowledge of Sport, the Arts, Events, Music or Visitor Attractions sectors is not essential but would be deemed an advantage.
  • Qualifications preferably to degree level is desirable but not essential.

Other skills:

  • Computer literate, comfortable with technology and efficient in office  and other software packages.
  • Knowledge of the Future Ticketing system, Jira, Click up or onepageCRM would be deemed as an advantage.
  • Clean full driving licence will be necessary.
