Manage capacities on standing and seated areas with our interactive seating plans. Include view from seat images or helpful icons such as disabled seating, restricted view or toilets.

Sell and manage your off field events
Create and sell events such as Summer Camps or Hospitality.
Customers can select a daily, weekly or time-slot summer camps.
On the checkout using our additional fields, collect information such as name of child, date of birth, allergies/medication, next of kin details and kit size. Alongside this you can also set up a signature waiver field where the parent/guardian signs that this information is correct before proceeding with payment.
This data will then be stored and used whenever and wherever you need it. Send kit sizes to your colleagues, alert camp co-ordinators on medical issues of children and so on. You have this data at your fingertips through the reports section of the Future Ticketing dashboard.
What about some Hospitality on match day or regular special days like Mother’s Day or Easter Sunday?
With the Future Ticketing seating plan software you can build your dining area, table plans, suggested products and also allow customer to order their meal in advance.
Seasonal events such as Santa or Halloween
Is Santa visiting the club? You can set up club events through our Event Schedule feature which creates monthly, weekly or daily events. Within these days each day can have timeslots created to suits your requirements such as half hour, hourly or half day for example to allow customers choose their date and time slot to visit Santa at the club.
Create additional fields to gather information on each of the children, eg Gender and Age of Child (to allow the club to purchase gifts), and what has the child asked Santa for. All this
information gathered will make the child’s Santa experience more fascinating, as Santa can be briefed about each child before they arrive.
Our software will enable you to manage your visiting times, capacities, seating plans with covid seating rulesets and visitor numbers for your various events and experiences, giving you full control and visibility of all your customers.

Our scanners can read barcodes in live at your event preventing fraudulent tickets gaining entry. Scanners can alert users to different ticket types such as concession or VIP tickets.
A permission based user type can allow your health and safety team or local authorise to log on and view live scanning figures live entry point or by each of your scanning team.
Future Ticketing also has access control partners for turnstile integrations.
Scanner Location Lockdown
Set up scanners to scan tickets by stand or type meaning your away fan trying to get into the home stand will be told their ticket is not valid for this section once scanned. Likewise Fans who attempt to enter through turnstile 1 for Block Z will be rejected and can be directed to the correct entry point.
