The original concept that became Future Ticketing started when our CEO, Liam Holton, began the hunt for the perfect ticketing solution while he was in his previous role as Marketing and Sales Director for Punchestown Racecourse. So, our platform is designed to make it easier for racing fans to buy tickets and memberships, hospitality etc quickly and easily for your next meet.

Our software seamlessly integrates with multiple systems, allowing you to take cash or card payments on-site, while still managing access, capacities and reporting all  from one dashboard.

Our self-managed system allows you, the user, to create, edit and manage your events and tickets live from the Future Ticketing dashboard.

  • Ticket information whether annual passes, VIP, general admission etc, is all stored in one place.
  • This means everyone can easily be scanned into your racecourse and those details recorded.

Third party notifications 

  • Catering partners or retail departments are notified in real time as orders are processed on additional items, allowing for efficient information distribution and smooth customer experience. 

Multi-barcode tickets

  • In-built functionality to set-up multi-barcode tickets which can be used across multiple sites at the venue. For example general admission, followed by hospitality or private suites.
  • All barcodes have security measures to only be scanned once and scanner will deny entry if an attempt is made to use the code again.

Capacity Management

  • Our software will enable you to manage your visiting times, capacities, seating plans, and visitor numbers, giving you full control and visibility of all your customers.

  • With Future Ticketing, your customer remains on your website throughout the customer journey, allowing you to track analytics and conversions with no third-party redirects. 
  • You can style your e-tickets and send pre-event emails to provide customers advance information about entry points, public travel, sponsor information or local food and drink partners.

Access Control

  • Future Ticketing prides itself in providing real-time access control information.
  • Our scanners read barcodes ‘live’ at your event preventing fraudulent tickets gaining entry.
  • Scanners can alert users to different ticket types such as concession or VIP tickets.
  • You can create permissions to allow selected users to log-on and view scanning figures live at each entry point or for each individual scanner.
  • We provide seamless integration with multiple access control partners for turnstiles.

Scanner location lockdown

  • Scanners can be set up to scan tickets by stand or type  meaning your customers trying to get into the wrong stand or area will be told their ticket is not valid for this section once scanned.  They can then be directed to the correct entry point. 

Dedicated Client Relationship Manager

  • As a Future Ticketing client you are allocated a Client Relationship Manager experienced in the Horse Racing sector to help you.
  • They offer advice and help to get started with the Future Ticketing system,  how to use it and the benefits of our extensive features to help you increase sales, revenue and customer engagement.
