We can offer you a range of options and flexibility for your venue or event, including for locations with limited connectivity.

Efficient access control is a vital part of this and has many benefits including:

Our scanners operate using our Future Ticketing app and are easy to set-up and use.

Scanners can be set up to collate information for the whole venue, per entrance gate or down to per turnstile. As well as entrance you can scan as customers leave the venue to give you fuller tracking details. Additionally, our scanners link to particular products, for example, general admission tickets will be rejected by the scanner at the VIP entrance.

Once a customer is scanned in and their barcode read by the scanner, their details are sent directly to your dashboard in real time. This allows you to watch live the number of tickets scanned wherever you are: at the venue, at home or on a beach!  

Our scanners can be named or given locations, meaning you can see which turnstiles or gates are the busiest or where you may need additional support.


Your dashboard allows you to create barcodes that will scan only once,  multi-barcodes on the same ticket, or  layered barcodes for different scanning entry points such as car park, venue access and hospitality on the same ticket, card, wristband etc.

With single entry barcodes, if a ticket is scanned twice, the scanner will send a prompt to the staff member, refuse entry and will also download the information of what entrance and scanner the barcode was previously scanned.

External barcodes from other programmes or platforms can simply be uploaded onto your Future Ticketing dashboard and scanned using our scanners.

If your event or venue does not need a permanent turnstile solution, we offer you a flexible option of renting or buying our mobile handheld scanners as needed. These work across 3G, 4G, 5G or wifi as you require.
