Basketball Ireland (B.I.) is the national governing body for the sport on the island of Ireland.
In the lead up to their National Cup finals, Basketball Ireland had a complex three day schedule of five schedules at the National Basketball Arena.
Due to limited capacity, customers purchased their club tickets through hidden URL’s to allows an allocation of tickets to each club for their session.
When tickets were available for public sale, customers purchased their ticket for their desired session. With the Scanning leeway settings on the Future Ticketing scanners, customers who attempted to attend an earlier or later session than provided, Future Ticketing scanners rejected the customers tickets.
Alongside this, dignitaries were provided with tickets with five barcodes, (one for each session) to attend any of the sessions that they wished.
