Cardiff Devils
The Cardiff Devils are a Welsh ice hockey team who play in the British Elite Ice Hockey League.
The team play at Ice Arena Wales in Cardiff Bay.
In 2017, the Club looked for a new ticketing system that could resolve 2 main issues:
- to modernise their customer journeys both on-line and in-person
- to reduce the manual ticket sales workload on their team
Working closely alongside the Cardiff Devils team, Future Ticketing were able to provide an on-line seating plan for their 3000 + seater stadium that accommodated allocated seating for both season ticket holders and the general public.
Season ticket holders preferred seats were allocated for the entire season cutting down on any ‘double-booking’ errors.
They could additionally purchase numerous types of season ticket packages (which included discounts and merchandise options) based on the area they were seated in.
In 2017, Future Ticketing also worked alongside the Cardiff Devils team to host The Challenge Cup final.
Future Ticketing and Cardiff Devils continue to work in partnership and in 2022 Cardiff Devils are the reigning EIHL (Elite Ice Hockey League) play-off champions, winning their third title in a row beating the Belfast Giants 6–3 at the EIHL play-off Final.
