We are looking for an ambitious team player with a desire to work in a dynamic fast moving environment to join us at our new Manchester Office as we shake up the world of ticketing software.

 

The Role:

  • Help to implement vision and execution of Future Ticketing brand development nationally and internationally.
  • Manage the brand website, content updates & digital development projects including SEO, Webinars, Surveys, best practice sharing events and Client interviews. 
  • Manage the supply of campaign creative assets, briefing adaptation or local creation.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.
  • Assist with commercial delivery of brand building and digital transformation, including monitoring/reporting of in-market performance & actions,
  • Assist with campaign planning such as Launch/PR Events, trade shows, conferences and events.  
  • Manage and execute a full range of Public Relations strategies including targeted and industry campaigns. 
  • Establish a lead generation strategy and proactive campaigns for targeting new markets and improving our reach within our existing sectors.

 

The Ideal candidate should have: 

  • The ability to communicate information in a clear and engaging way.
  • Experience researching market trends with the ability to pinpoint the target audience.
  • Good project management skills, high numeracy, and data analysis for insight development.
  • Resilience, team orientation, ability to navigate through ambiguous and complex situations and taking initiatives are key.
  • The ability to work confidently with multiple cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Account Exwcutive/Office Admin Role

Future Ticketing’s rapid growth will offer the preferred candidate the opportunity of working closely with key internal teams at our head office to determine, shape and deliver the companies’ ambitious growth plans across Ireland, the UK and further afield.

As part of our rapid expansion programme we are hiring an Account Executive and Office Administration role, initially on a six month contract to cover maternity leave which may be extended based on performance, come join us as we shake up the world of ticketing software

 

The Person

We are looking for an ambitious, bright, motivated self-starter who is capable of  learning quickly and enjoys interacting with clients and work colleagues alike.  While some customer service or account management experience is desirable a hunger to learn and achieve targets is more important. 

 

Key personal attributes include: 

  •  A desire to work in a dynamic fast moving environment.
  •  Strong listening skills and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of a client organisation.
  •  A strong and flexible work ethic and an ability to face challenges head on and learn quickly. 
  •  Experience of working in sports, media, events, visitor attractions or SaaS industries is deemed an advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the in-house online Client Support Function 
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and current clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Assist in the training of new clients and generate additional business with them. 
  • Assist with company presentations, tenders and grant applications.
  • Assist with Quotations and Proposals for the Business Development team
  • Co-ordinate with the Client Activation Manager with on-boarding and implementation of new clients. 
  • Administer general office duties, eg Couriers, Stationery, Answering phone enquiries, handling meeting minutes

 

 

Qualifications 

 

  • A third level qualification in marketing, Events, PR, business is desirable. 
  • Experience of working in sports, media, events, visitor attractions or SaaS industries and customer service is deemed an advantage.
  • This role will be office based in Tullamore, Co Offaly (once restrictions are lifted) and may require some out of hours work off-site for events and client support. 



Remuneration

 

  • Basic plus performance related commission subject to negotiation.
