Future Ticketing is hugely flexible. Our ticket types can be printed by eticket, membership card, printed ticket or barcodes which in turn can be generated and placed on wristbands or other methods you may use for events or hospitality. The dashboard also creates multi-barcode tickets and layered barcodes for different scanning entry points such as car park and then venue access on the same ticket or card. 

Our dashboard is cloud and browser based allowing you to print directly to your thermal, card or standard printer. This puts you in control of printing your tickets whenever it suits you. 

Using our REST API, you can integrate your merchandise and ticket store to allow customers to purchase items in one transaction. 

Seating plan by venue, season, standing and seating areas or by Covid-19 rules 

Manage customer queries quick and easy locating orders by name, email address, order ID, barcode, additional information and so much more. 

Our email bounce table allows you to locate tickets that were not delivered due to incorrect email addresses or issues with their email account. 

Refund and cancel orders within the system to cleanly reconcile post event using an integrated payment processor. 

Sell gift vouchers through your dashboard which customers can use against tickets sales – generating additional revenue and enticing more purchases. 

Use the automatic email to send emails in advance and post event with details in relation to your event to help with access control and feedback on your event.
